Shipping policy

Your purchases will be shipped out within 1-2 working days (Monday - Saturday) of receiving the order.

Depending on your location your shipment should reach you within 2-5 working days. If there is any further delay, please do get in touch with us so we can look into the issue and resolve the same at the earliest.

Broken Goods (If Applicable)
If the shipment which reaches you and the good inside are broken, you will need to take an image of the same and share it with us on orders@jusamazin.com so we can replace the same as soon as we can.

All shipments will be sent via trackable services and you will be notified at each step.
