MANGO PANNA COTTA (Serves 6)

Ingredients: 2 roughly sliced mangoes; 1 spoon virgin coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of JusAmazin Dark Choco Almond Butter, 1 cup full cream coconut milk, china grass and jaggery syrup

Step 1: Add the roughly sliced mangoes, coconut milk, JusAmazin Dark Choco Almond butter and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in the blender and blend on medium until smooth

Step 2: Move the blend to a saucepan and add one teaspoon of china grass

Step 3: Stir the mix for 5 minutes on simmer till the it starts to thicken

Step 4: Move the mix to a 6 muffin mould and wait until cold

Step 5: Freeze for 1 hour and serve it cold

WHEAT PANCAKES (Serves 2-3)

Ingredients: 1 cup wheat flour, 1 cup coconut milk, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, JusAmazin All Natural Almond Butter and Dark Choco Almond butter, kiwis, black grapes, strawberries, coconut shavings, jaggery powder and salt

Step 1: Add wheat flour, baking soda, coconut milk, apple cider vinegar, jaggery powder, salt and JusAmazin All Natural Almond Butter in a bowl and whisk it well

Step 2: Heat a non stick pan and lightly grease it with oil

Step 3: Pour the pancake mix on the pan and make delicious pancakes

Step 4: Add a layer of JusAmazin Dark Choco Almond butter to each layer and a different layer of fruit

Step 5: Dress the top with JusAmazin Dark Choco Almond Butter and coconut shavings and serve it with Mango Smoothie.

MANGO SMOOTHIE (Serves 2)

Ingredients: 1 Freshly diced mango,  1/2 cup coconut milk, jaggery syrup, Jus Amazin All Natural Almond Butter and Mixed seed butter

Step 1: Blend all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes

Step 2: Top it up with strawberries and kiwis and serve cold

Time taken: 5-7 minutes
