So, here’s the best of the best. A quick burst of ideas to get you using our nut butters in the yummiest (Tested and approved) ways possible!

BAGELS (SERVES 2)

Ingredients: Whole wheat vegan Bagel buns (2); JusAmazin Punchy Pepper (Cashew Butter)

Step 1: Cut the bagel buns in the centre and toast

Step 2: Spread the JusAmazin Punchy Pepper (Cashew Butter)

Step 3: Eat and enjoy!

Time Taken: 3-4 minutes

RAINBOW BUDDHA BOWL (Serves 1)

Ingredients: Red and yellow bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, cucumber, onion, tomatoes, lettuce, JusAmazin Salted Caramel (Cashew Butter sauce), salt and chopped almonds

Step 1: Finely dice all vegetables

Step 2: Give one boil to the bell peppers, broccoli and carrots with salt

Step 3: Add all vegetables to a dish

Step 4: Take JusAmazin salted caramel butter and dilute it with water to make a smooth sauce

Step 5: Add the JusAmazin salted Caramel dressing and chopped almonds to the vegetables

Step 6: Mix it well and relish the goodness of your rainbow buddha bowl

Get Salted Caramel Cashew Butter

RAGI DOSA (Serves 3-4)

Ingredients: Ragi Dosa Batter, homemade sambhar and JusAmazin Mixed Seeds Butter

Homemade Sambhar

Ingredients: ¾ cup Yellow and ¼ cup orange lentils, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 2 green chillies, cumin, coriander powder, turmeric powder, sambar powder,  mustard oil and ginger garlic paste.

Step 1: Wash and soak yellow and orange lentils for 20 minutes

Step 2: In a pressure cooker add the lentils and 4 cups of water. Add 1/4th teaspoon turmeric powder and salt to taste and boil for 1 whistle

Step 3: In a saucepan add mustard oil and heat well. Add cumin seeds and onion and saute until golden. Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, tomatoes and coriander powder and saute for 4-5 minutes on medium flame

Step 4: Add the ingredients from the saucepan to the pressure cooker and add 2-3 tablespoons of sambhar powder and stir for 2-3 minutes

Serve the sambar with ragi dosa and JusAmazin Seed Butter to enjoy a nutritious and filling meal.

FRUIT SALAD (Serves 1)

Ingredients: Oranges, black grapes, strawberries and JusAmazin Dark Choco Almond Butter

Step 1: Slice the oranges, black grapes and strawberries

Step 2: Spread JusAmazin Dark Choco Almond butter

Step 3: Eat post workout to feel energised or eat as a snack

Time taken: 5-7 minutes

Get Dark Choco Almond Butter

PEANUT BUTTER STRAWBERRY SANDWICH (Serves 2)

Ingredients: JusAmazin Peanut Butter, vegan/homemade bread, sliced fresh strawberries

Step 1: Toast the bread to taste

Step 2: Spread JusAmazin peanut butter on both toasts

Step 3: Add slices of strawberries on one or both toasts

Step 4: Put the two slices together and enjoy!

VEGETABLE BOWTIE PASTA (Punchy Pepper Cashew Butter Sauce)

Ingredients: Whole wheat bowtie pasta: 100 gms, red and yellow bell peppers, broccoli, JusAmazin Punchy Pepper Cashew butter

Step 1: Boil the pasta in water with salt until soft

Step 2: Boil all vegetable in water with salt for 8-10 minutes

Step 3: Dilute the JusAmazin Punchy Pepper Cashew Butter with water to make a sauce

Step 4: Add boiled pasta and vegetables in one bowl

Step 5: Top it up with the punchy pepper sauce and mix well

Time takes: 20-25 minutes

GREEN SANDWICH (Serves 1)

Ingredients: Multigrain toasted whole wheat bread loaf, cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, JusAmazin Salted Caramel Cashew Butter Sauce, black pepper and rock salt

Step 1. Slice open the toasted bread loaf

Step 2: Add water to the JusAmazin Salted Caramel Butter and thin it down to make a spread

Step 3: Spread the JusAmazin Salted Caramel on the toast

Step 4: Layer up the sandwich with lettuce, sliced tomato and sliced cucumber

Step 5: Drizzle some more JusAmazin Salted Caramel Sauce on top of the veggies and top it with rock salt and pepper to taste

Step 6: Relish the filling and healthy breakfast with a glass of green smoothie for a good morning breakfast
